Hey thanks Miss Maple, the light was coming in absolutely perfect to just illuminate the water and not the firefighter. Oh what and you have your own choco fountain now?!? Lucky you.
Moulin Rouge, my parents were there, but without me. they said i'm gonna go there one day with my R.
i'm listening new Muse concert cd, HAARP, and it's quite interesting:) i've bought it there. yeah, paris with its people and character is perfect for me. i can be as colorful as fuck what i like, and they're cool with it. they're usually cool when i'm shooting them, too. and this atmosphere... napoleon style everywhere, except la defense, a great architectonic mistake for me. and GARDENS! i so so so like them, fantastic places to sit and read books. i'd love to read whole book in a place like this.
took this one in luxembourg jardin, while messing around with telly.... seemed like he knew what is going to happen, but still was kinda suprised:) cheers, if you see this:)
montmartre, going to sacre coeur (feel free to correct me if i spell something wrong). carpet shop or so...
near Moulin Rouge, through the Pigalle, i met this family with calling mum. it was rather dark there, which is the cause of blurred car in the back... but i think it looks better with it.
band La Fansmare. very energetic people, very into it. near Notre Dame.
in the center you have little boy who's putting money for the band. hope you can see it... my 50mm 1.8 broke in the morning this day or day before, and i had to use either manual 70-210 mm 4-5 or 28mm 2.8, so few shots is rather wide:)
pidgeon man. he fucked up when people started to fed his thingies. personally, i think this is one of my best:)
we were in the jewish quarter too. beautiful place, and kosher certificates everywhere... my dad bought kosher foie gras:) like a little town in a city.
as i shot in the city without permission many people paying them with a smile, i wasn't sure if it'll work there, so i quickly shot him scared, that he'll be angry. he hadn't noticed, but the shopkeeper did, and wasn't happy. i caught it, my luck.
my bro with normal pizza nearby the louvre. i was deadly tired after the museum.
RER station, few young people who scared few older people running through. i really like the blur and that it's not sharp:)
another young Paris citizen. i was taking this photo for three stations, wating for him to look at me. i've also tried the same thing with one boy who looked like right-handed hendrix; he was sleeping all the time, except stations, when i was taking photo, tried seven times. both shots were bad, actually. when i finished he put some paper and a pen out, and started to draw something - that's how i know he was right-handed:) not sure if it was me:P
there was an accident, in the parking lot at champs elysees, i really can't understand why she was so happy.
queue to Versaille.
i've added some curves in the frame, where the man is making pancakes, cause it was too dark, and i like this one:) montmartre:)
another RER scene...
this man was sitting there for a while, when i appeared and got ready to shoot. then he looked at me through the lens, and again on the cellar. oh, it's napoleon's tomb.
guy in the hat, latino, called his friend lenny kravitz and he sang creep:) that was on the stairs to sacre coeur, on the back you can see some paris:)
hard rock body:P
Jim Morrison's tomb...
another tomb with wishes to Jim...
"Jim ain't dead, I'm here" :P
i've got to say, i'm quite satisfied with those films, but i thought i'll make more photos:) those was made on fp4 and pan100 if i'm not wrong... with 50mm 1.8, 28mm 2.8 and 70-210mm 4-5:) and with my brillaint present from R. canon ae1-p:D tell me what do you like/dislike about them.
Cheers!
